To be able to log in to the Settings menu of your range extender, you need a Username and Password. This applies to all Sitecom range extenders. 

The default login details for all Sitecom range extenders are the same:

•    Username: admin
•    Password: admin

Make sure you enter them without capitals. 

Tip: Tick Remember my credentials if you do not want to have to enter the password each time. 

The combination of username and password is not accepted. Now what?

If your range extender does not accept the combination admin and admin, follow the steps below:

•    Check carefully that you have not made a typo. 
•    If you changed your password in the Settings menu, enter the new password. 
•    If you are still not able to gain access or no longer remember the new password you chose, reset your range extender. All the settings will be cleared, and the password will be reset to admin. You will now have to reconfigure the range extender. Click here for instructions.
